Jobs to be a businessman, I guess until whenever is still wide open, not limited. That is, at any time, now or tomorrow, we could have become entrepreneurs. In fact, if we want to quickly become entrepreneurs, we can also do today. For example, we simply come to the notary, make your CV or PT, so we businessman and director of the Governance and Management of our own. And, there is no need any ceremony, because who else is lifting us if not our own. And, do not need no ceremony permanganate all, because who else is lifting us if not our own.

However, try it if we work in firms owned by others, then to be a director takes a long time. It was still very dependent on the decision of our superiors. In fact, in my opinion, to become a businessman and director, should not require work experience. Therefore, basically, our job to become an entrepreneur is not limited.

So, should we have to “be” first. That at least, with us was a director in our own company, is the first step to start a business. And, it makes it much easier business than we are looking for a job. Thus, the “success” that makes us grow a sense of trust formulated. And, as we believe in ourselves, then we will be able to do something.

Many instances in society, that one obtains the position, be it in government or private, but he had no previous experience. And it turns out, he can also do the job well. That is, confidence or “confident” we get when we get success. Although, let’s say that we have set up businesses achieve only small successes. However, it is not a problem. Instead, it will make us more motivated to achieve greater business success.

I think we really should not ignore the small successes. Believe me, that in fact the small successes that will be a tremendous success in the business on our business in the future.

Indeed, for us who are used to linear thinking, would say, that our new first confident of success. If we agree with the opinion, confident new first person to achieve success, then when can we be entrepreneurs?

In business dialogue held by the Indonesian Manager Association (AMA) Yogyakarta some time ago, there was a dialogue participant who asked me, about how the factor of luck and timing factors determine success in business?

How important is it for entrepreneurs luck factor? The Chinese people have a habit, if you want to plunge into the business, then we must have a hockey or a big fortune. If not, then our business will go bankrupt.

If it turns out we do not have any luck, it is suggested we should not set up a business. In fact, I think, whose name was luck or the hockey was actually a part of life that we can not control. We can not guess. And, indeed life. How do we know that we got lucky, if we’ve never tried it. Lucky to be proved, not only be imagined.

I suggest that we might have luck. Only, by a particular situation, good fortune could have then gone. Different view of timing, in any business activities that we do, then we can control it. That is, the timing can be controlled less than a fortune.

Therefore, in my opinion, it may be that business can we start or we take today. But it could, if we start from five years ago. So the timing is a little we can control. Clearly it shows, that the business opportunities that do not know the actual arrival time.

Today could be time for us to take the opportunities that business. And if delayed, it is impossible not to be taken other people and we have lost business opportunities, I think, the first person who sells beverages Aqua in Indonesia, namely Tirto Utomo, also need about 8-year struggle to exist as it is today.

Possibly, the time the product was first raised, not the time or less precise timing. For most who buy the Aqua products are foreigners. But it turns out from time to time people drink Aqua Indonesia began to idolize it. So, people then know by calling water “Aqua”.

So I guess, the presence or absence of luck in our business, we should not think about it, because we can not control. But should the timing was right, and hopefully it is in accordance with our luck.

Robert T. Kiyosaki in his book “Cash Flow Quadrant” argue, that the real success is a bad teacher. But it applies to ourselves. That is, as an Entrepreneur, we really should not sit on our own success. Therefore, it will make us become less excited, be creative, make us complacent or arrogant, makes us forget ourselves, not even the possibility of success we achieve will be a boomerang for ourselves. Success was, in my opinion, does not mean “time to enjoy”.

Indeed, our success could plunge us. Moreover, if we are too proud of that success, will make us forget ourselves. Therefore, in order that success is not a boomerang for ourselves, then we must be very clever to manage success. But, of course, others can only learn from our successes.

That may be. In fact, it can make one’s business success. Because, basically learning from others’ successes were legitimate. In short, if a person learns the success of others, it can indeed be a good teacher. Although we really can learn a lot in people who fail. In this context, I think, that we are still enduring business can grow even better in the future, there are times when we must realize this. Or rather, as an entrepreneur should be assessed, that failure is actually the best lessons. Therefore, I think we should not be too afraid of failure. We learn most about ourselves when it fails, do not be afraid to fail. Because the failure was actually the process of us to be successful, I believe, whose name was actually entrepreneurs can not succeed without experiencing failure.

To that end, when we want to start a business or in business when we began to grow, but then suddenly go bankrupt or fail, I think it should not make us discouraged. Instead, entrepreneurial spirit that’s when we have to bounce back. Because, according to my experience and other fellow entrepreneurs, successful new brand, after they had experienced failure of at least seven times. If we just fail two or three times, I think it’s perfectly natural for an entrepreneur.

Properly, the entrepreneur will never endangerment lesson without doing the steps that means. Whether it’s a step that failed or were successful. The steps start from small steps to big steps. In other words, I say a journey of 1,000 km was actually started from a small step. If we do not dare to start or float the business, or when our business grow. I find words interesting for us think together is, “Start a stepped not start”. That is, those who dare to start or expand a business, it’s better than people who did not dare to start or expand a business
